I test drove a couple of different models before I found one that I liked but the color that I wanted wasn't on the lot that day. Rob found the color that I wanted and had it shipped to the dealership on the following business day. I'm an apprehensive buyer and I needed to make sure everything was just right before I made the purchase. Rob was patient and helpful and I never felt any pressure. I was told to bring the car back and Sloane would take care of it. June 26,2018 I took the car to Sloane and they sent the car to Mercedes-Benz dealer in Ft. Washington, PA. They found the problem but Sloane refused because of the cost to repair it!To date Sloane has been unable to make the repairs. I have spoken to numerous "So Called"managers however to no avail.
