I have always been treated fair when having my vehicle serviced, they apply discount coupons if available. St Cloud Toyota has never tried to sell service I didn't need, always efficient in what work was done. Ben Becker is an exceptional person to deal with, always professional and friendly every time we cross paths, does a great job with customers!! Yesterday Rob provided a free car wash along with the service visit. Nice waiting area with free coffee, cappuccino, and tea are appreciated as we drive 60 miles from Baxter, MN because of all the "good service experiences" there, clean restrooms, vending opportunities are convenient too. Rob informed me of the TSC Plan which saves me money on oil changes / tire rotations / 2 years Roadside Assistance included, no high pressure - just informative. I went for it, good for 2 years with 5 services. I'm always for saving money. My first purchase with St Cloud Toyota ('09 Camry) was very fair & enjoyable, as was my second purchase of the '13 Highlander in Dec of 2015. We have also purchased & dealt with their Waite Park Auto & Sport Store when helping our granddaughter purchase her first car, an '03 Camry, the experience was very good, fairness and assurance of a quality vehicle much appreciated. I drove the car home and couldn't believe what a nice car she was able to acquire on her limited budget! I always tell friends & family about St Cloud Toyota - and the great experiences whether buying, or the great service experiences while having service work done. I have been to and witnessed over my years dealerships that try "up sell" unnecessary service or repairs to customers - I return to St Cloud Toyota because I have never experienced that with them. TRUST is what it's all about, they have earned my trust with reputable dealings. More

work done on time and and very helpful with repairs needed work was done in a quick time frame, was a little disappointed in some of the costs of the work, Had a brake ob done and asked for them to rotate the work was done in a quick time frame, was a little disappointed in some of the costs of the work, Had a brake ob done and asked for them to rotate the tires and they charged me for rotate. all 4 tires were already off the vehicle for 4 wheel brake job, crazy that they charged me to basically put the tires back on the vehicle after a brake job! some other questionable charges but that one takes the cake for me. More

Ran all the computer checks . Things checked out BUTTHE ESSENTIAL thing is that everything is documented, so any return trips can use all that info. Recommended. More

A change I noticed The only thing that I did not like about the visit was that when I was waiting in the customer area I noticed that the service writers very actively p The only thing that I did not like about the visit was that when I was waiting in the customer area I noticed that the service writers very actively promoting extra services to the waiting people . The problem with this is that it ends up selling questionably needed services to women and people not familiar with their auto. The service writers are usually rated by sales, which tends to them being overzealous salesmen. Your good reputation won't last long if you get to be known around town as the people who screwed Grandma out of her Social Security check. These people need to be closely monitored. More
