Worst experience with sales person, sales managers, inaccurate reporting when turning in leases, sales mgr yelling at you on the phone, harrassing behavior, giving consumers vehicles with admittance of inaccurate reporting when turning in leases, sales mgr yelling at you on the phone, harrassing behavior, giving consumers vehicles with admittance of problems...two vehicles low tires, having to detail them myself, not having all mats in car...rickie the sales person takes over 5 hours for 2 cars to finish the deal. A lot more than this with my experience. Stay away from this dealership. More

Over all I feel the experince was good/great. I think I am still trying to get over what i paid for the car. However after researching this car for about a month- (I bought a 2010 Infinity G37x) I feel tha am still trying to get over what i paid for the car. However after researching this car for about a month- (I bought a 2010 Infinity G37x) I feel that the price was fair for both parties. Tyrone Glover was appreciative and thanked us several times for our business. I negoiated the car with Rob Hall, Used Car mgr. He understood what I was needing/wanting and my point of view. We agreed to the price and as promised, I came down to Cincinnati on Saturday January 11th 2014 to get the car. I live in Circleville, Ohio. The F&I man, was very helpful and nice. My only negative experience was, there was another salesman directly across from Tyrones desk. This man needs a lesson or two on being professional while in the showroom and amongst other customers. This man did not have the best disposition and appeared to be in a foul mood. A black man came up and talked to this salesman that I am referring to for a second or two. As the black man left the conversation, the salesman asked for the "Boy" to came back to him. He mentioned the "Boy" term 2-3 times as the black man left the room. With that, the phone rang and the same saleman answered the phone. He was some what loud in his conversation. During the phone call, this salesman stood up and as loud and he could- coughed up a large amount of flem from the resesses of his throat and then spat the flem into the garbage can. This completly grossed me and my wife out, as it did the other couple waiting for Tyrone. It was disgusting to see such a thing while in the used car show room!
