All are extremely unprofessional and the first two have downright lied to me in order to waste my time and have me visit their dealership. We have bought from them before unfortunately and refuse to ever go back. They are incapable of even providing a simple price via email, or at least an honest one. Jay Honda is the reason why people hate car dealerships. Don't go here. Both Great Lakes Honda and Motorcars are very close by and offer more selection and competent sales staff. More than anything they provide straight forward pricing. Park Honda in Akron is much better too. I have bought from all 4 of these dealerships for myself and my family. Will never be going back to Jay. More

Tony worked with us to make the lease work after we test drove both the Civic and Accord. We settled on the Accord and Rob thoroughly explained the dashboard technology and set up Bluetooth for the phone. There was no pressure from either salesmen. I then went to see Betty to sign for the lease and have all of my options clearly explained to me. As Tony put my tags on, I got behind the wheel and Rob Logan took me through all the details of the car and brought me up to speed on how the technology worked. Jamie Pilla was quick to thank me for choosing Jay Honda and insisted I call him if I had any questions. What a great group to work with.
