Since he was going out of town, he left me in the excellent hands of Rob Logan, a very personable and knowledgeable young man, who guided me through my new purchase. I have always had Honda's but it had been 18 years since I purchased my last car. Rob took the time to show me the new technology and changes that Honda had made. During our test drive, we found out that the world is getting smaller and we had crossed paths in numerous ways. When I picked up my car, the superb service continued with Rob, Tony and Mike Stoughton. Jay is where I will always go for my Honda's and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks, guys! More

The team of Tony Spitaleri and Rob Logan were a real pleasure to work with and going through the paperwork with Mike Schaeffer was very easy. The reason we came to Jay in the first place was because of our serviceman, Jim Lacombe. We've used Jim for probably close to 12 years and because of him had leased and/or purchased at least 5 vehicles through his previous employer. He's an honest and excellent serviceman. Tony and Rob are both very knowledgeable and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted for a very good price. Needless to say, we will definitely be going through Jay Honda for all of our auto needs in the future. More

I told them what I could afford and they worked with me to get the best price, unlike another Honda dealership (MENTOR) that I went to first. :) I've always loved Honda's, and with one quick misstep into a Ford, they have me back for life! I worked with Sarah, Mark, and Rob! Great team! It took less than two total hours to have my car. Couldn't be happier! Sarah was a very pleasant salesperson, Mark, the manager was more than accommodating, and Rob was a big help with the Costco discount program! I will definitely return! And ps, the finance guy, Michael, is hilarious. More
