I went to Jay Honda to lease my first civic. Rob walked me through the entire process and was very thorough and friendly. I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 2007 and I've never leased a vehicle before. Rob was very understanding to my situation and he explained everything in detail. I'm so greatful to have a chance to send this review, as i inadvertley, forgot to mention Mr. Spitaleri in my previous review. He was actually the salesperson i initially saw when i entered Jay Honda. An as i inadvertley, forgot to mention Mr. Spitaleri in my previous review. And even though he was about to leave for an event outside his work, he took time to sit down with me, and go over exactly what it was that i wanted to purchase, and gave me some options, as well as some history of Jay Honda. Then and only then, did he introduce me to a wonderful team mate and partner by the name of Rob logan, who kindly, took over the sale where Tony left off. I was approved for a 2013 Honda Civic!! Never in my wildest dreams did i ever think i would be driving out of there with a "NEW" car!! The service was Excellent!! They wouldn't let me think Negatively, and kept my spirits up during the whole process, ( i was down because i didn't think i'd be approved for a car). Iv'e been raving about them to my family, friends, and co-workers!! And actually have 3 people going to see them this week! After first shopping around for a used car on other Bedford Automile lots, my dad, after not being satisfied, finally said "Let's go to Jay and see Rob and Tony." From the second we walked in the door we (my parents and I) were treated like family!! Tony and Rob were both extremely personable, straight-forward, honest, and accommodating not pushy or condescending like some sales people can be. I ended up with more than I ever anticipated!!!!
