We had been shopping around for a small reliable SUV for about 3 months. We examined all the different makes and models in our price range. The Honda CRV was at the top of our choices. We were pretty sure we had decided on which vehicle we were going to purchase, but had yet to test drive the CRV. We wanted to make sure we gave the Honda a thorough review before making our final decision. We went to check out Jay Honda based on reviews and the fact that they were part of the COSTCO auto buying program. Before making the drive to Jay Honda, we had been in contact with Rob Logan. Rob was very helpful and courteous. He replied to our emails in a timely manner and called us promptly with information about the vehicle we requested. Rob worked with us to find the color and options we wanted. Fortunately for us, they had the vehicle on the lot. (Guess that speaks of their great inventory!) We were so pleasantly surprised with both the vehicle and the dealership, that we ended up purchasing our new CRV that afternoon. I have to say since we purchased the vehicle in December, we have received several communications from both Rob Logan and Jay Honda Dealership, showing us that they do value our business. Overall, we feel that Jay Honda was the best value for our dollar! The new car buying experience was enhanced by a great salesperson - Rob Logan! More

Tony Spitalieri was affable and patient. He took us on a test drive. My wife was the driver. He did not let her get nervous. He did not want to sell us accessories he felt we did not need. He made the whole process very pleasant indeed. Rob Logan's main contribution was to show us the ins and outs of the new Honda Civic we bought. He sat with me in the car and went over all the controls and electronic features. He spent a great deal of time with me.. Clearly, he was very proud of the product, and, like Tony, anxious to be of help. He was, indeed, very helpful. Patsy Santone made the financial aspect of the deal most palatable and pleasant. He had things to sell, but applied no pressure and was very cognizant of our needs and our individual desires. His efforts rounded out a very fine experience in buying a car. More

From the minute we walked through the door at Jay Honda, we were welcomed and helped right away. Everyone was very friendly and very inviting and that was on a Sunday. Now in our As our old lease of a 2010 Civic drew to a close, we never discussed going to anyone other than Rob Logan at Jay Honda for a new car. Now in our third lease, we couldn't be happier with the level of service we've had over the past six years at Jay, and during the past three years dealing with Rob. Over the past six months, Rob contacted me with various deals as they became available, letting me know how long I had until that particular deal ran out, and when I could expect another similar deal in the future. Once I decided on a model, he gave me a list of available colors and held the one we chose, and virtually took care of all the paperwork in advance of my arrival. Since we've been loyal to Jay Honda, Rob made sure that our loyalty was rewarded with a great deal and some nice perks as well. Not only does he look out for us financially, but he takes the time to get to know us personally, and always asks about how we're doing with work or school, remembering specific things about each of us even though we only talk once every few months or so. In the past I often thought of car salesmen as.. well, not the most genuine and sincere individuals in the world.. people who had dollar signs in mind every time they spoke. Robert Logan couldn't be any further from that stereotype. I will always highly recommend Rob Logan to any and all family and friends when they're in the market for a new car. I can't imagine a better experience. More
