Now in our third lease, we couldn't be happier with the level of service we've had over the past six years at Jay, and during the past three years dealing with Rob. Over the past six months, Rob contacted me with various deals as they became available, letting me know how long I had until that particular deal ran out, and when I could expect another similar deal in the future. Once I decided on a model, he gave me a list of available colors and held the one we chose, and virtually took care of all the paperwork in advance of my arrival. Since we've been loyal to Jay Honda, Rob made sure that our loyalty was rewarded with a great deal and some nice perks as well. Not only does he look out for us financially, but he takes the time to get to know us personally, and always asks about how we're doing with work or school, remembering specific things about each of us even though we only talk once every few months or so. In the past I often thought of car salesmen as.. well, not the most genuine and sincere individuals in the world.. people who had dollar signs in mind every time they spoke. Robert Logan couldn't be any further from that stereotype. I will always highly recommend Rob Logan to any and all family and friends when they're in the market for a new car. As you know, walking into anything unknown can be very intimidating. I had anticipated simply meeting with Tony to collect some information. However, I ended up walking out as a profoundly satisfied customer. Historically, car salesmen/women have been regarded as hustlers; deceitful. So naturally I was apprehensive to walk in alone. But, right away, Tony S. and Rob Logan took me under their wings. They not only approached me with the upmost respect, but also safeguarded me as though I was their little sister. They were dedicated to ensuring my education through the entire purchase right down to the most insignificant details. They exuded incredible patience without any pressure to make uncomfortable decisions. And once I had finally made my decision ie; color, interior, etc..(And I wasn't making it easy on them..) They offered me every accommodation to ensure I was never left to just fend for myself. They truly bent over backwards and backwards again.
