My initial contact was with Rob Logan via internet. When I mentioned a trade-in and we were in the ball park regarding price, he suggested I drive up (40 min from my home) as his manager thought we were clo I mentioned a trade-in and we were in the ball park regarding price, he suggested I drive up (40 min from my home) as his manager thought we were close. I thought it was probably a wild goose chase; I would drive up, they'd low ball on the trade or change the story about the price. In fact, Rob hurried out of a staff meeting when I arrived. I drove the car. His manager came out, was reasonable, and I drove home in a new Accord. The finance director was helpful. There was no pressure. I don't know if I got the absolute best deal possible (one always wonders of $100 here or there could have been shaved off), but I got a good and fair deal without having to play silly games. I was working with 4 dealers simultaneously. One was playing the game (start high, then came down over several days and many phone calls to me). Two seemed stand-offish when I lowballed an offer. I expect customers to be upset when they get a low number on a trade-in, as they are not professionals, but I am annoyed when dealers act upset when a customer low balls. This is a business transation. They only need to say "no, we can't do that." Actually, I expected that from Jay. Not only did they accept my offer, but they were very helpful and friendly along the way. Rob Logan in particular was really good to work with; though I have had good experiences with Honda salespeople generally, Rob was the best. More

Let me start by saying that I NEVER look forward to shopping for a car. I've leased 5 vehicles since I graduated college, and I've never had a great experience... Until now. Working with Rob was really shopping for a car. I've leased 5 vehicles since I graduated college, and I've never had a great experience... Until now. Working with Rob was really relaxing. Our lifestyles are very similar, and he knew exactly how to guide me and my wife through this process. He was patient and very informative, answering all our questions thoroughly. Rob just flat out took care of everything. He wasn't the typical car salesman. I'd recommend him to anyone. I must also take a minute to commend Minville. He's very valuable to the day to day operations at Jay. He was supportive through the process as well, even printing me a short article on why a guy driving a mini-van was still considered "cool". It was just a light hearted gesture that made the experience more relaxing. Great job guys! More

I generally dread the car buying experience. But honestly this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when buying a car. I have bought 2 luxury cars in the past 10 years and this exper honestly this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had when buying a car. I have bought 2 luxury cars in the past 10 years and this experience was better than at the luxury car dealer. Rob Logan is incredibly nice, professional and goes above and beyond all expectations to make sure you are satisfied. He communicates well via e-mail which was very important for me. A few things that stood out 1. There was no pressure to purchase at any time 2. He was very patient as we changed our minds several times re' the color of the car 3. Drove us to multiple lots to show us different colors and interiors to make sure we knew what we were buying and repeated the process when we wanted to see it in daylight 4. When we finally decided on the color it was going to take 10 days to get the car. I found a buyer for my old car. Without even my asking, he offered me a free loaner to use till I got the new car. 5. After the purchase, he gave us all his contact information telling us how he would not hand us off to some strangers in the service department. He would be our point person for anything we needed or had questions about even after he had sold us the car. An amazing car buying experience! I purchased my 2009 Honda Civic from Jay and adored it, a few weeks a ago I received a letter from Jay Honda asking me to consider turning my Honda in so it could be put into the "Pre-Owned Certified&qu few weeks a ago I received a letter from Jay Honda asking me to consider turning my Honda in so it could be put into the "Pre-Owned Certified" inventory. The letter said Jay was would work with me on a deal for a 2012 Civic. When I called to inquire I was connected to Rob Logan in sales. On the phone Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me in any way. He put together some rough numbers returned my call and emailed me. Since I don't live in Cleveland I scheduled a time to come into the dealership to try and make a deal. Rob met with me (a day early even!)and again was easy to work with, able to answer my questions, and did not pressure me into anything. Like most people, I have a budget I have to stick with, and Rob understood that and worked with me to get a great deal on a 2012 Honda Civic. He even helped me choose my color as I wanted to depart from my previous color. He set me up with Xavier in finance, who was also very personable, and made the process of trading in my old car and getting my new one relatively painless and easy. After all was said and done Rob then showed me my new car, how to work everything, and really took the time to answer my questions. I didn't ever feel like he was in a rush to meet with other clients; I had his full attention. He followed up with a voicemail message three days after purchase to see how I'm liking my new car - I think love is a better word there. I came from Dayton to buy my new vehicle at Jay and will continue to do so. I will send anyone I know there and specifically to Rob. Thank you for your expertise, professionalism, and friendly attitude. More
