I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

Although I wasn't making a purchase then, Rob took the time to provide all the information I needed without being pushy or rushing me. Since then, Rob followed up with a couple of brief emails to check in. His thoughtful and respectful approach is what led me to return to Heritage last weekend to buy my Rav4 from him! (I have to echo a previous review- as a single mom with a child tagging along, I greatly appreciated Rob's natural rapport with kids and his efforts to make certain we were comfortable through the process.) Rob was fantastic! My wife and visited four dealerships on March 15th and each of them, we did not get the deal or service we wanted. We also had our 4 month old baby w My wife and visited four dealerships on March 15th and each of them, we did not get the deal or service we wanted. We also had our 4 month old baby with us at the time. As we were driving by Heritage she suggested we stop and take a look. As we got the baby out of the car, Rob met us in the parking lot not with a sales pitch but with general conversation. After going over our budget with Rob, he was able to get us into a beautiful vehicle that fit our budget and family needs. He worked very hard for our business but seemed to make it a point not to try to sell anything but simply inform us of our options. I really appreciated his approach and style. We both felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It is hard to believe he is as good as what he does only being in the industry for such a short time. I will be referring my family and friends to Heritage and Rob Ploof! Well done by all involved; we greatly appreciate it! More
