When I went into the dealership on Shelburne Road, South Burlington, VT I was greeted by Daniel Pasco right away. He was calm and not pushy in making the sales. He listen to what happened to my previous car (being stolen) and had an idea of a car I might like. I had been looking at one on the web site but it wasn't available. So he had me try a Corolla. I liked how it handled. Everyone I came across at the dealership always smiled and said hello. So not what you would typically think sales people would be. Rob Ploof, the person who ran the financetials with me was funny as well as good at his job. I am really happy with the friends and relative who recommended I go look at a Toyota. I am grateful for Daniel's patients in showing me what I needed to know about the car. I even have his email so if I have questions, I know how to reach him to get them answered. It was an experience I didn't expect but would recommend anyone to go ! More

A test drive and meeting with Rob in finance...who was awesome as well...and a few hours later I drove off the lot in my new car. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. This is my third purchase from Heritage Toyota and every encounter seems better than the last.
