I have been in the business for 8 years, all with Heritage Toyota. Every year I have had the privilege of being recognized by Toyotas National Sales Society for Superior Sales performance. I firmly believe the customer should have a seamless, transparent shopping experience with no pressure. My customers always have full control of the process from start to finish. Away from the dealership I'm a father of 3 girls and a Certified Foster Parent. We have been very fortunate to adopt 2 of our 3 girls through the program. My passions consist of cheering my older girls on from the sidelines of soccer fields or the gymnastics arena. When the time permits (and with my wife's permission), you can find me on the golf course or on the mountain as well.

It was a pleasure to work with Billy Burke and the whole Heritage team. I described my wants and needs and Billy came up with what I feel is the perfect car for me. The process was smooth and seamless and while at my age Im not likely to need another car I would not hesitate to return to Heritage and Billy. The icing on the cake was a large bow on the windshield of the new car. I mentioned to Billy that I always wished I had a new car for Christmas with a bow . Christmas in August! More

I met with a lot of different salesman lately, and Frankie was the only one that explained everything to me in detail, so that I understood everything. I appreciated this so much. Having just purchased our second new car from Heritage, our experiences have been positive ones. Both sales and service staff have been personable and knowledgeable in all our dealings.
