We have been and continue to be pleased with all of the services associated with Tamiami Hyundai. This is the sixth new automobile that we have bought from Tamiami and from Bob Reilly. Not sure why you services associated with Tamiami Hyundai. This is the sixth new automobile that we have bought from Tamiami and from Bob Reilly. Not sure why you are asking about Service Department. My evaluation of Sales (we bought a new car) was excellent as was Finance. In the past I have had excellent experiences with the Service Department with our other cars. More

You couldn't want a more knowledgeable, caring, helpful and understanding person. He has gone out of his way for us each time we purchased a new car. We would also like to acknowledge Carmine in the service department. I am recovering from leukemia and I have a comprised immune system so I have to be careful around people. He has gone out of his way to be certain that I will be totally safe at the dealership and getting back into my car. I would recommend asking for Rob Riley to anyone who is looking to purchase a new Hyundai, and Carmine in the service department. More

I was in the market for a new car, and since I have been driving Hyundais for the past 16 years, a Hyundai was my first choice. Visiting Tamiami Hyundai and meeting Robert Reilly was a great experience. Robert is a low-key, no-pressure salesman who helped me select the perfect car for my needs. Brought my vehicle in the night before for a screw in my tire, 30 mins before closing. Was told there was nothing they could do, come back in the morning they would get me in right away to put on a new tire tire, 30 mins before closing. Was told there was nothing they could do, come back in the morning they would get me in right away to put on a new tire. Put some air in my tire and sent me home. Arrived at the dealership 15 min prior to opening. It was apparent they were NOT giving me priority to change the tire. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I agreed to have them do all 4 tires (I did need them) and my regular service. Again, after more haggling, they finally agreed to give me a loaner. Told me about 3 to 3 1/2 hours for this (8:00 am at this point). I told them I would be back at 1:00. Arrived about 1:15. After 20 mins, I was finally told they would be another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So much for help and promises. I have bought nearly a dozen vehicles from this dealership. This was a total letdown and I cannot see giving them anymore of my business. More

The office building is clean and sleak. Very friendly staff. I had the best salesman, Robert Reilly. He was patient and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured to buy. The guys from the Finance Dept were courteous and in no time the loan paperwork was completed. When I went to pick up my car, Robert once again spent time going over all bells and whistles in the car. Great people! More
