Heaven was very helpful. The only Kia Dealership who answered our inquiries. They did not list cars they do not have on the lot, just to get you in there for a high pressure The only Kia Dealership who answered our inquiries. They did not list cars they do not have on the lot, just to get you in there for a high pressure sales pitch. Their honest approach had us making the drive across town, to buy a K5 and we left there with a new Stinger, instead. No pressure, tons of patience and space, while comparing both models and feel great about this purchase that went $15K over our budget! Thank you, Emich for the great experience and the teamwork atmosphere in your sales department. Heaven was awesome and so was Patrick Shannon, who acted as her right hand and was so very helpful with getting our car detailed and getting us familiarized with all the cool options and tech! A+ you guys! You’re BOTH an asset to Emich! More

staff was courteous and informative through the whole process. On a hot day they offered cold water to my wife and myself, as well as being welcoming to our small dog.
