After getting a diagnostic test by Auto Zone telling my grill air shutter was closed, I went Woods. I was told that would be $138 to replace it and $66 for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half, grill air shutter was closed, I went Woods. I was told that would be $138 to replace it and $66 for an oil change. After waiting an hour and a half, Aylssa Toliver told me that my total was $167.38. I was informed by her that it would cost $728 to replace the grill. She had me under the impression that the grill would cost $138. When I questioned her she was rude and condescending! I’ve never paid $167,38 for an oil change and a look at a part that might need to be replaced. Please don’t miss inform customers and when they have questions, tell them to “stop and listen to what I’m saying.” This is the worst experience I have ever had at Woods! Aylssa is not nice or helpful! She was deceptive and I spent $167.38 today for an oil change! I feel cheated, deceived and unappreciated as a customer! More

Rob took great care of me today! I waited for my vehicle and everything was as he told me when I set up the appt. I was pleased to get an appt within a couple days of calling in.
