Also had a needed front end alignment.. had to replace a damaged running board. While in their shop they were out of loaners and got me a rental. I was charged $50.77 by Hertz that they wouldn’t pay. The salesman told me they had gone over the vehicle one end to the other. Obviously they had not. I’ve spent over $1,000.00 on repairs and they couldn’t care less. Never again. More

Nice enough guy, somewhat knowledgeable on the product. He offered a test drive and asked for my drivers license, I declined, and he asked but why not? I told him that I drive the same kind of unit all the time, and that I would provide my personal information when/if the appropriate time came. He did enough right things to get me in the seat, and I simply asked for his best number on the unit. He did not answer me. He just continued to probe, asks all the questions, and try like heck to put my info into the system. Eventually he recognized that he was not getting anywhere, so he signaled the floor manager that he needed help with me. As if sent from above, Charles Hunter suddenly arrives at his desk with a cup of cold water for my wife and I, along with some feel good story about how he noticed us walking around outside and that we looked warm. Charles then went to work on me, or so he thought, with all the questions. I simply asked him for his best number on the unit, and introduced the possibility of a trade being involved. He continued to probe and question, to no avail, but I did agree to have my current vehicle appraised. Before he left to take a drive, he slid me a scrap of paper with a ridiculously high number written on it, which I just chuckle at. On his way out the door, he sends in the next guy to work on me while he's gone. Matt Tingly comes over like a timid little lamb, and can only muster up the courage to ask for my zip code, which I provide. I tell him that I just want a real figure on the unit, and on my current vehicle. I watch as he scurries off back to the sales desk, and tells Sales Manager John Frolio that he can't get me to give up any info, or agree to be put into the system, and that I just want the hard numbers. John Frolio decide to send in his closer, and that's when Robert Smith showed up in front of me. That is also where the whole deal began fall apart for them. I had tolerated the dance, I had tolerated the waste of my afternoon, I had even tolerated the silly offer that was presented to me. I recognized that it's all a part of the game, but it was time to get a straight answer. I asked Robert to provide it. He refused to talk to me about real pricing, and demanded that I give him my information and be put into the system. I simply declined again, and asked if he had figured out that I know the games they were playing. You see, I've been in the business. I know how this works...get 'em in the seat, keep 'em in the seat, get their info into the system, run their credit, keep rotating "managers", keep the pressure on, make stupidly high offers, go back with $500 off, bust out the four square, but whatever you do...don't let them leave. I've been there. He became verbally abusive towards my wife and I, and insulted us both numerous times. As such, we immediately got up and walked away. I approached the sales desk and demanded my car keys back, as I was not happy and wanted to leave. I told Rob Storz that Robert Smith had just blown his sale. Matt tells me that Charles is still out on the test drive, and that they want to talk about things. So I talked about how unprofessional, conniving, dishonest, and rude they were, and how they totally blew it. Matt piped up again with some silly story about wanting to present a professional sales proposal, and that required all of my personal information, which of course is total bs. I informed all of them that I had been very successful in the business, and had completed many deals, and that not a single one of them required a cash customers personal information for a final price to be agreed upon. That's right, I was a cash customer. I had intended to see where they were on a trade value, and to then negotiate a final, out the door price for the unit we were interested in, and to drive it home that day. And all of that was set to occur, right up until that arrogant and nasty "sales manager" named Robert Smith became involved. So, good job Robert Smith. You and your nasty attitude screwed Rob Storz out of a flat that he earned, and your dealership out of a substantially profitable cash deal. You should be ashamed of yourself to act that way towards anyone. How this guy is allowed to interact with customers is beyond me, and for him to be a "manager" is an insult to the professionals doing it right. This clown shouldn't manage a local bingo game, no less people, or sales. Needless to say, this was a poor buying experience overall, and Robert Smith is a disgrace. This whole crew needs sales training, along with interpersonal skills, and ethics training. They are fortunate that I am not the GM of this store, as they would all be looking for jobs. This is no way to do business. It will cost you, and it will hurt your brand, and your dealership. I hope that action is taken, starting with the termination of Robert Smith. John Frolio did try to apologize for his teams conduct, however it was too little, too late. I wouldn't spend a dollar in this place, nor do I recommend that anyone else does. Car dealerships are a dime a dozen. You can certainly find one that will treat you with the requisite level of respect deserved by a paying customer, but you won't find it here. More

Pleasan and personable staff, no pressure, or integrity I've included my original google review bellow, but have an addendum that has been included here, above the original review: I just received a call f I've included my original google review bellow, but have an addendum that has been included here, above the original review: I just received a call from General Sales Manager John Frolio, concerning my google review of Bill Bryan Dodge. Mr. Frolio started out by asking how the vehicle was, and I told him all was well and it was what I expected it to be. After that, the conversation took an abrupt turn and Mr. Frolio began telling me how dissatisfied he was with my google review and that I should change it (to include the whole story). He says I didn't include anything good about my experience and that it seems like I'm just trying to make them sound bad. According to him, the parts I've left out and needed to amend were concerning the "delivery" portion of my transaction. My deal was completed on 12/26 and I left the dealership at about 7:00pm. I didn't have a second driver with me to receive the vehicle at that time and it was also in the service garage being inspected (as that hadn't been done yet). When I arrived on 12/27 to take delivery of my vehicle, it took approximately 30 minutes for me to receive a temporary tag and my keys; as all of my paperwork had been completed the night before. Most of this time I spent on my own meandering the showroom. Once I had my keys and documents I left. I received not write up concerning the inspection conducted by the Service Garage, so I don't know if anything was or wasn't discovered. Before I pulled away I did ask, Charles Hunter, if anything had been discovered, and he assured me that nothing had. Based on my experience during the delivery portion of my deal, I wouldn't say my opinion was swayed to the positive or negative. I was a pretty straight forward process, since everything else had been completed the night before. But now, after the aggressive call I've received from John Frolio; where he insisted that I amend my review (to mention all the good things they did for me), demeaned me for the fashion in which the review was written, and never once asked what they could have done better or if there was anything that could be done moving forward to repair our relationship, I'm certain that I won't be able to refer ANY Bill Bryan dealerships to anyone and, additionally, I will caution them to avoid them all together. ORIGINAL REVIEW:I was able to purchase a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country from Bill Bryan CDJR tonight and wanted to share my experience for others looking to do business with them. Over all the experience was a positive one: -We had a small delay, about 20 min, in getting the keys when I arrived, due to service picking them up to inspect the vehicle (it was newly in their possession). - Once Rob Storz (the salesman I dealt with), got the keys, he lead me right out to the van to look it over. He made sure he was there for me if I had any questions, but gave me plenty of space to look the car over and inspect it. It was a very comfortable and relaxed situation to let me develop a feel for the condition and quality of the car. -Once I'd finished going over it, we took it out for a test drive. Rob was polite in letting me listen to the drive train and focus on the vehicle, without forcing small talk or a sales pitch on me while I completed my evaluation. -After the test drive we sat down to review my thoughts on the vehicle and discuss pricing and terms. This vehicle was posted online for $9,595. and had been reduced to $9,295 earlier in the day. ---Here is where I became disappointed in Bill Bryan dodge and their sales process. ---My initial offer of $8,000 was not taken seriously and Mr. Storz returned to me, telling me that the sales manager countered my offer, by restating the asking price. He followed that by encouraging me to make a new offer (closer) to $8,500 and that he was sure the sales management team would respond to that better. When I told him, I wasn't going to negotiate with the myself, and that if his sales management team wanted my business perhaps they should offer me a real counter, he stated, to me, that he just had... SO I clarified, that he was making an offer of $8,500 to me, and he said Yes. I told him that sounded agreeable and accepted. I initialed the offer and he took it back to the sales management team. ---This time the Sales Manager, Charles Hunter, came back to talk to me about the deal and pricing. He immediately started talking to me about a price of $8,900...I corrected him and explained that his salesman, Rob Storz, had just offered me $8,500 and I had agreed to that. He brushed over my statement and continued on at his new revised price. I mentioned twice more during our talk about the $8,500 price that his salesman had committed to, again, being disregarded. -Rather than pick a fight, over the $400, I continued on with the deal as I did like the van, and it was still a fair price. But, it really soured me to the whole experience, truly a lack of integrity and caring for the customer. -When I completed my transaction I spoke with John Frolio, the General Sales Manager. When I explained to him about the sales team Failing to Honor their offer, he expressed concern that he wasn't referenced on it and that had he known, he would have honored the $8,500 offer. But, offered me nothing at the time in actions to support his words. -I go in tomorrow to take possession of the Van I've purchased and at that point I'll find out if John Frolio was sincere in his statements of honoring his employees commitments of if it was just a statement to appease me with false bravado. Overall, this could have been a excellent transaction where I would happily refer people to Bill Bryan CDJR, but the flagrant lack of integrity from the sales staff and thus far the management team has really cast a cloud over a pretty positive experience for me.
