Uneven service In our purchase of our new car through the Bill Bryan dealership we have had our ups and downs with the staff of the service department, not so much In our purchase of our new car through the Bill Bryan dealership we have had our ups and downs with the staff of the service department, not so much in service but in attitude. There were some mistakes made by outside agencies that caused a delay in us receiving our car that upset us not because of the delays but by the attitude of the service department when we picked up the car. After complaining to our salesman and the sales manager, apologies were made and accepted. I believe in second chances and feel that any dealings we have with Bill Bryan Dodge in the future will go more smoothly. More

Worst dealer we have ever dealt with! No one at this deakership tells the truth! We bought a used car, which weate happy with, but the dealership is terribke! Once they make the sale, you don't matter to them at all. We made numerous trips back to them for errors and omissions on their part! Three times to get a key made (they only gave us one), 3 times fir an owner's manual, 3 times for title omissions, the list goes on! No one at this dealership knows what is going on--nor do they seem to care, as long as a sale is made! Rob Storz is the rudest, most incompetent sales person we have ever dealt with! I took the Bill Bryant sticker off the back of the car, as well as the license plate bracket with their name on it--no way will we advertise for this company! DON'T buy from this dealer--life is too short to deal with the probkems you'll encounter. There are many reputable dealers out there--don't waste your time with this one , you will be sorry! More

Wish I had done my homework. I purchased a used car that wasn't a good fit. Sales person missed the mark on my needs. Thought there was hope to return and 'try again'. Went back 7 weeks later and my car went from 17k cash plus every protection under the sun, to a trade in value of 7k. NOT what I expected at all. This place is no different than most experiences buying a car-I wasted 3 hours of my precious time to finally find out a price of a different used car that was no longer a viable option due to needing loan. Thanks but no thanks. I expressed my displeasure and yet still got sent this survey, so here it is. More
