495 provides me the best service overall among the dealerships around me. Staffs there are patient and helpful and they won’t charge you something that should be included within vehicle warranty. Very HONEST Dealership with a smile! I went to 495 Mazda after I had gotten two 30,000 mile service maintenance quotes for a 2020 CX-5; one was $950 and the other was $800. Both were l I went to 495 Mazda after I had gotten two 30,000 mile service maintenance quotes for a 2020 CX-5; one was $950 and the other was $800. Both were loaded with BG services. I looked in my owners manual and it did not list any BG services. I then did a goggle search: What are the requirements of a 30,000 service with a 2020 Mazda CX-5? An article popped up with “30K Service Rip-off - Why a Mazda CX-5’s Service Can Cost Half” posted on 8/24/2020 by John Goreham. This article says the total cost of the 30K service at 495 Mazda in Lowell, Massachusetts was $384.00 the regular price back in 2020. His wife only paid $258.13, the lower price was because the service technician noted that the air filters were not yet in need of changing. 495 Mazda was being very HONEST! So after reading this article I called the Service Dept. at 495 Mazda and talked to Johnathan and asked what a 30K would cost in 2023. He said a 30K is $399.00. I asked him if I needed all those BG services and he said no, not at this time because those BG services are needed when my car has many more miles on it. What a relief! I made a 30K appointment during that phone call and Jonathan was able to fit me in the very next day. My 30K cost $97.00!! That is because I need a set of new tires soon and did not need an alignment or a tire rotation. So Paul at this dealership did not charge me for those 2 maintenance items. And to top off the whole great experience, they washed my car!! Oh, and I forgot to mention I live an hour away from the 495 Mazda Lowell. As soon as I got back into my car, I changed my Dealership preference on My Mazda App to this 495 Mazda Lowell dealership. You can be sure, I will be telling my 495 Mazda story about my great 30K experience to many others. In the future… I will be scheduling all of my Mazda CX-5 services with 495 Mazda Lowell in Massachusetts, a car dealership who is very honest with a smile! More

Great experience! They had lots of availability for inspections and were friendly.
