Terrible customer service. When I picked up my vehicle, salesman tossed me a set of keys and waltzed right back into the showroom. As soon as I drove 30 miles home I find a huge chip in the paint w damage salesman tossed me a set of keys and waltzed right back into the showroom. As soon as I drove 30 miles home I find a huge chip in the paint w damage to the bumper. No wonder Rob Zabel was in such a hurry to get me out of the lot. Brett, the sales manager, told me I wasn’t a customer because this was a fleet vehicle. No wonder they have terrible service with Brett as a manager. Take your hard earned money elsewhere… this dealership is a train wreck. More

I would not recommend this dealership and don’t plan to use them again. While our sales person was a very nice individual, he did not explain that he added a $1500 protection to the deal. Our real issue came from the finance area. It started poorly as we waited for what we felt was too long. My main issue was from the fact that he detailed every document I signed with detail except for the purchase agreement. I’m embarrassed to admit that I signed the document without looking at the line items. When I reviewed the .pdf of the documents and noticed the $1500 that I never asked for (or spoke to ANYONE about). Additionally he shamed me in front of my husband for turning down the gap coverage which I ended up agreeing to and then canceling 2 days later. We felt like we had been manipulated and it’s left a very bad taste in our mouth. I just purchased a second vehicle last week from another dealership and the experience In contrast was great. You guys lost a good customer in me and it was totally preventable. More
