I thought Fred Martin's salespeople were very professional from the beginning, when I first walked in to turn in my leased 2020 Pacifica and order a new 2022 Pacifica to lease. My salesman, Rob professional from the beginning, when I first walked in to turn in my leased 2020 Pacifica and order a new 2022 Pacifica to lease. My salesman, Rob Zabel, was very proficient in his work. He had a good knowledge of the Pacifica I was interested in ordering, and he was very pleasant to work with. I don't have anything negative to say about the Fred Martin dealership. I ordered this van on August 18, 2022, and it didn't come in until December 20, 2022. I do understand that the world has changed, and we have to live with delays these days. I was given a locked in monthly lease price in August 2022 of $535 per month for my new leased Pacifica. When the Van came in my locked in price was no longer available. The price had jumped to over $800 per month. With the help of an individual named Jerome at Fred Martin, he got back the factory incentives from Chrysler Motors, and got my payment down to $625 per month. I only mention this because I was disappointed that The Fred Martin Dealership would not honor the original agreement from August 18th. I feel the owners should have honored the original agreement. This has no reflection on the salesman Rob Zabel, as he could only work with the papers and figures that were given to him. Rob Zabel, Lonnie Murdock and Jerome worked out a price for me that was more than the original price but a price I can afford, to be able to get the new Van. Thank you, Rob, Lonnie and Jerome for your help with this matter. I'm very happy with the Van so far and I'm sure I will enjoy it for the next three years. I only wish the owners of Fred Martin Superstore would have offered to keep my monthly payment at the agreed upon price at the beginning. For anyone reading this review understand that Fred Martin Superstore is a very good Dealership with a great service department and professional salespeople to work with. I like Fred Matin Superstore. More

Anyone can buy a Jeep anywhere. That is obvious. We were about to close on a purchase for a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee at another Dealer. After three days of the agony of back and That is obvious. We were about to close on a purchase for a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee at another Dealer. After three days of the agony of back and forth, we walked away, and THANK GOD! My wife connected with a Superstar PERSON at Fred Martin, with whom we purchased three other Jeeps. We would have started there if they had the vehicle we wanted. And then miraculously, my wife contacted Rob, ironically just received a new 2023 exactly equipped as we wanted and more. He told My wife he would call her back in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, with no storytelling, explanations, or maybe, if, when, etc., he was straightforward with the deal and trade-in value, which was better than the other dealer. We concluded we would make the deal and be in the following day.The next day Rob was there for us; the vehicle was exactly as he described, a detailed price sheet ready at the price he quoted, and he made the deal. How can it be that simple and different? It wasn't the Jeep or the price. It was 100% ROB ZABEL! He is a consummate professional with, a great personality, is highly knowledgable, and no game-playing. Rob attains such incredible leadership qualities that if he were the General manager, I could guarantee that Fred Martin would experience sales increases that they never imagined. Rob is the ideal example of "PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE" If anyone, anywhere, wishes to purchase a Jeep or Chrysler product without drama and hours of wasted time in negotiation --- LOOK NO FURTHER. Rob finally got the Jeep of my dreams in his dealership. Rob is just the sweetest sales rep and he wanted to make my dream come true. Rob was determined and never gave up on me. Rob listens and pays attention to what you need and he is honest! I appreciate his honesty. Rob was straight forward with me and never gave me any horrible sales pitch. We had a 2019 Dodge Charger Rt and the lease was up. .. I didn't want to trade in the Charger, but at the end of the day, the warranty on the 2022 Jeep Compass was too good to pass up, and not to mention .. I didn't want to trade in the Charger, but at the end of the day, the warranty on the 2022 Jeep Compass was too good to pass up, and not to mention the insurance & gas will also be a lot cheaper! I miss driving the Charger, but I really like the features the Compass has! We had a great experience with Rob Zabel he was very friendly, and is good at his job... I give him an A++!! We'll be going back to see Rob next time we need to get a new car! More

We’ve been going to Fred Martin Superstore in Barberton for over three leases so far. Rob Zabel always makes sure we’re taken care of. We never feel like we have to Haggle to get the best price, though we for over three leases so far. Rob Zabel always makes sure we’re taken care of.
