My experience buying my vehicle was the best I have had at a dealership. Kelly Frank was exceptional (5-stars) and made the process extremely smooth and easy. He shared information with me throughout the process that although wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear was fair, accurate and professional. There were two (2) major challenges/issues. First, I initially ordered my Ford Maverick in May 2022. Due to supply chain issues and manufacturing delays there was/is no planned start date for the completion of the vehicle I ordered. Kelly was able to find me a vehicle (hybrid Maverick) that the original buyer decided not to purchase. Therefore, I was offered the vehicle and purchased it. I am still looking to purchase the vehicle I originally ordered when it gets built. The second item is an ISSUE. The dealership charged me a $4500 premium over MSRP to buy the vehicle. My problem is that sense I had a STANDING ORDER and had been waiting 11 months, I would have EXPECTED to get the vehicle at MSRP, which is what would have been fair, since I committed to buying the vehicle. More

Well, 2023 came in with a bang, and the need for a new Truck. I am a Ford guy. Ive had F250 and F350 Power strokes for the last 25 years. Ryan emailed me back in 2 minutes! We set up a time that same day for me to come in and see the truck. I live up in the mountains West of Denver, its a long trip to Dacono. When I got there, Ryan was met me and i immediately felt at ease about buying a new truck. He was knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed. Not the pushy, run around like a chicken with no head kind of salesman. Ryan showed me the truck, went over all the details of the purchase, and was very professional . I traded my 2018 Subaru Legacy for a 2019 Ford Fusion, that had the clear coat was peeling off, the intire front end of the car they lied to me about the CARFAX comes to find out the car was in a accident that had the clear coat was peeling off, the intire front end of the car they lied to me about the CARFAX comes to find out the car was in a accident 6 months after it was purchased back in 2019 and when they agreed to fix the car where the clear coat was peeling in the front oddly funny it was on the CARFAX 5/10/22 and that’s around where they took the car to the dealer, they will scam you and take your $ and I’m still having issues with the car it’s not shifting correctly I asked them to look at it when it was with them never did, they act like they care and they really don’t, they are just there for the $ the car I got it should have never sold for what I paid for it with the issues I kept running into with it and still are! This dealer is very shady and untrusting I will never buy a car from here. If you buy used I recommend taking it to a mechanic shop before purchasing. I was screwed over on this car bad bad. And wish I never bought it. Been trying to get rid of it, but very hard for how bad I was screwed over along with the 2 accidents it’s been in. They never told me about it being in a accident they showed me the auto check they use, but I had to request it they never showed me it at all. Until I asked the gm about it! More
