We were on a tight schedule during a weekend trip to CO and were in the market for a Ford Edge. We had a list of desired features and stopped at Interstate Ford to look at something that fit our needs onli and were in the market for a Ford Edge. We had a list of desired features and stopped at Interstate Ford to look at something that fit our needs online. Instead of being rushed at the door by a sales person upon arriving, we had a casual look around before Ryan asked if we would like some help. We explained we were rushed for time so he brought out the Edge we were looking at online. After giving him our list of wants, he asked how we would like to be contacted and told us he would look in his inventory to see if there was anything else that would meet our needs. We returned the next day and test drove the car and decided to look into a purchase if the price we had in mind could be met. Upon return from the test drive, there was no pressure to buy, so we asked Ryan to start the process of writing up a price proposal. After the initial price was presented, we said it was close, and he said he thought he could get it lower by a significant amount. He came back and was honest by saying he misspoke and wouldn't be able to take that much off but did come back with a price we decided was fair. There were no hidden costs, no pressure for things we didn't want, and it was a great buying experience. More

I would like to thank Aaron, Ryan, and Robbie for their phenomenal kindness and respect! Each of these gentlemen went above and beyond the average professionalism that everyone deserves when purchasing phenomenal kindness and respect! Each of these gentlemen went above and beyond the average professionalism that everyone deserves when purchasing a vehicle. They were not only professional, but more importantly they were kind and respectful which meant more to me than I can express, especially after being treated with a profound lack of respect from a Ford dealership in Texas. I spoke to many different dealers who charged fake dealer add-on fees and many consumers, including myself, know that these are fake fees. Interstate Ford does not prescribe to this practice. Interstate Ford is an honest dealership that values its customers. I’m so incredibly thankful that I found Interstate Ford and that I purchased my new Badlands Bronco from upstanding individuals whose pride in how they do business is reflected in their phenomenal treatment of their customers. Amazing experience! Love how they are running their business. You aren’t babysat trying to look at cars. They allow you to look around by yourself. Whenever you are ready they will allow you to test drive. They are their for you if you have any questions. You won’t have to spend 5-6 hours. I was in and out within an hour. My experience buying my vehicle was the best I have had at a dealership. Kelly Frank was exceptional (5-stars) and made the process extremely smooth and easy. He shared information with me throughout the at a dealership. Kelly Frank was exceptional (5-stars) and made the process extremely smooth and easy. He shared information with me throughout the process that although wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear was fair, accurate and professional. There were two (2) major challenges/issues. First, I initially ordered my Ford Maverick in May 2022. Due to supply chain issues and manufacturing delays there was/is no planned start date for the completion of the vehicle I ordered. Kelly was able to find me a vehicle (hybrid Maverick) that the original buyer decided not to purchase. Therefore, I was offered the vehicle and purchased it. I am still looking to purchase the vehicle I originally ordered when it gets built. The second item is an ISSUE. The dealership charged me a $4500 premium over MSRP to buy the vehicle. My problem is that sense I had a STANDING ORDER and had been waiting 11 months, I would have EXPECTED to get the vehicle at MSRP, which is what would have been fair, since I committed to buying the vehicle. More
