Very unprofessional service. Service advisor Robby Mardis was rude and dismissive. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. Do not take your car to this service center. My Jeep is worse after a year and half Poor workmanship. Robby and the service team were very responsive to what my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problem my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problems. Robby and service team kept me up to date as to the status of my vehicle. The dealership was fantastic as I have had no more problems. They bent over backwards to get my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica fixed as I was from Utah was stranded in Cincinnati without it to get back home. More
