I don't know where to even start this dealership is AMAZING!When I was looking to place my order on my X3M I contacted about 50 dealers and yes that's no joke.Many of the dealers I contacted were just AMAZING!When I was looking to place my order on my X3M I contacted about 50 dealers and yes that's no joke.Many of the dealers I contacted were just snotty and rude to me they all lacked communication skills.But then I thankfully found NEW MOTORS BMW in ERIE PA.I was first speaking with Keisha she is in internet sales.She was great to work with very helpful stayed in contact with me answered all my questions.I then began working with Steve Quinn in sales and he was awesome to work with.He helped place my order stayed in contact with me updated me on every little change.The car buying experience from them was 10/10 if I can rate them higher I would!I then came to pick up my vehicle i asked Steve specifically  to make sure they don't put on a front plate and or un wrap the car and he listened to everything I had to say he's a awesome man!He even sent me a video of the car coming off the truck for my memories I'm honestly blown away by this dealership.Many dealers should use them as a example how to run a dealership.This dealership is awesome I highly recommend them if you want a dealership that will stay in contact with you treat you with respect listen to what you want this is the PLACE!NEW MOTORS BMW THANK YOU IM BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY X3M!!And a huge thank you to Steve Quinn you made this moment very memorable to me:) More
