Service department very lacking and no full disclosure. Absolutely no empathy or customer service received from the service manager. Sent emails and left messages to discuss my concerns not one return phone call or email! Then I Purchased a vehicle from them this being my third Vehicle that I bought from Lucky! There was damage to the rear bumper that was not disclosed, there was damage to the wheels that was not disclosed and most importantly the tires did not match. Most dealers won’t let her vehicle roll out without discussing blemishes and making sure all the tires match! Just very unfortunate that things were not taken care of properly not sure that I will use them again! More

Hard time just getting consistent information.. I asked for a lease quote 4 times. After the first time, he said he sent it, but I didn't receive it. When I asked about it again, again he said he se I asked for a lease quote 4 times. After the first time, he said he sent it, but I didn't receive it. When I asked about it again, again he said he sent it. I asked him what email address he sent it to. He ignored me and said he sent it again. Again I asked what email address, he finally replied "KS something it read" he then asked me for my email address and said he would send it when he got back to his desk. All the while trying to get me to come down to the dealership. When asked about my trade, the offered $2000 less than the KBB value I got from their very own site, without even seeing it. I had such a hard time trying to get some straight answers, I just gave up. There are several other Kia dealers in the area. I would try them before coming here. More
