Good service Had a couple of issues with the car just before and after the sale. Lokey stepped up and got them corrected. Their tech was unable to repair the second issue, so had the car sent to the Fiat dealership for repairs. I really figured that Lokey was going to make me foot the bill but again did the honorable thing and took care of it. Kudos!! Robert Ahrens was our sales rep, and I think he was instrumental in getting things done at no further cost to us. One small disappointment was that I wanted to get a copy of the work orders for what was done to my car by the Lokey tech. They were unable to supply me with that request. I just like to have as much paperwork as possible when it comes to my vehicles. That would have made the deal perfect! Overall...... Very Happy. W More
