I've been using this dealership for 5 years, and just bought my 2nd Subaru from them. All of the employees, literally, are friendly, respectful, genuine, non-pushy, informative, and eager to help. I know bought my 2nd Subaru from them. All of the employees, literally, are friendly, respectful, genuine, non-pushy, informative, and eager to help. I know Bob best, but the service department is just what it should be: the best service humanly possible, and that's what makes this particular dealership an easy "5" for me. The product sells itself: it's the service that puts Premier on the top shelf! More
