I had a terrific experience purchasing a new Subaru at Premier last week. I found the sales room to be bright and cheery. Everybody I saw and met were very friendly and helpful. For example, I was looking for a brochure to bring home to my wife. I was told that they were currently out of them for my model. A staff member overheard the conversation and offered go search for one that may been previously in use. After a short search she found one. I was impressed that she cared even though she was not a member of the sales team. My salesman, Herman Winston, was excellent. Buying a new car in a showroom is not always a pleasant experience. Herman made it very comfortable and easy. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the different models and their features. I think he was proficient at every thing from setting the clock to tuning the engine. It was a very good experience. More

All around, Premier was an absolutely fantastic experience. Mike was patient, thorough, and full of knowledge - and had a magnificent personality. The personal experience is more important to me than anything else, and it was a pleasure to have it from Mike...even when he had to work later than he was supposed to! Bob Alvine runs a fantastic dealership, and it truly shows when you step foot in the door. My wife and I have purchased three new cars from Premier Subaru and the Sales folks have delighted us each time. Both cars that I purchased through Premier were priced very aggressively and on top of that, Subaru and the Sales folks have delighted us each time. Both cars that I purchased through Premier were priced very aggressively and on top of that, I received a great trade-in value for the car I was parting with. In the past, I have always sold my “trade-in” myself, but the trade-in Premier offered was the same as my intended sale price without all the hassle. Additionally, doing a trade means I only pay tax on the difference between trade-in and new car sales price! My recent purchase was the brand new 2013 Crosstrek. Adam and Bob were able to locate the exact model with all the options I wanted at a very good price. The Sales and Service process at this dealer is top notch!! Truly all great folks to deal with and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. More

This allows the salespersons to focus on picking from a wide range of options and styles. I also liked that the owner of the dealership was on the floor answering questions and greeting all of the customers in a professional and friendly manner. After looking at the cars and test driving them the dealership was very helpful with our busy schedule allowing us to transact much of the process via email. The trade in process was very smooth and they provided a no bait and switch fair trade for our old car. The one item we did not care for was the pitch for the extended service contract. I know they have to do it and the Finance Manager did not use any pressure he was great eplained the Pros and Cons, we just figured with such high ratings from Edmunds and Consumer Reports it is a tough sale and I think they realize it so they are careful not to deminish their brand by overselling this option. All of the features of the car were described at pick up and we were in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. All in all a great dealership, with a great value, We give them an A+. More

I HEARD ABOUT PERMIER SUBARU VIA AUTOTRADER. I WAS LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY 2009 HONDA PILOT TOURING FOR A PRE OWNED SUBARU STI AND PREMIER HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR (2008 STI FULLY LOADED). THE FIRST THING I DID WAS CONTACT THE DEALER VIA PHONE AND SPOKE WITH MR. MARK GINNETTE WHO WAS AMAZING!!!! UNLIKE OTHER DEALERS I CONTACTED, MARK GAVE ME HIS UNDIVIDED ATTENTION AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD FOR HIM WITH NO HICCUPS OR ANY ATTITUDE. I WAS SO CONVINCED THAT I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER AFTER I SPOKE TO MARK THAT I DID NOT MIND DRIVING 1 AND A 1/2 TO GO SEE THE STI. ONCE I GOT TO PREMIER MARK WAS ALREADY WAITING AT THE DOOR FOR ME. HE GREETED ME AND WE STARTED TALKING BUSINESS RIGHT AWAY... THE THING I LOVED THE MOST ABOUT MARK WAS THAT HE NEVER PRESSURED ME INTO ANYTHING AND WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH ME (I NEVER GOT THAT FROM ANY DEALERS I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST). MARK IS BASICALLY A PHENOMENAL SALES MAN!! I ALSO HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO MEET THE SALES MANAGER BARBARA MULLEN WHO IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND IS THE COOLEST EVER!! WHAT SURPRISED ME MOST ABOUT BARBARA IS THAT SHE IS VERY INTO SUBARUS AND SHE EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT HER WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE SHE HAD AT A RALLY EVENT SHE ATTENDED (HOW COOL IS THAT!!!!) WELL I CAN GO ON FOR DAYS ON HOW GOOD I WAS TREATED AT PREMIER SUBARU....ONE MORE I ALMOST FORGOT I EVEN GOT TO MEET THE PRESIDENT AND GM ROBERT ALVINE WHO WAS ALSO AN AMAZING PERSON AND ALSO HAD ALL THE ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS (THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!). AFTER ALL THIS GOOD TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM EVERYONE AT PREMIER I PULLED THE TRIGGER AND PURCHASED MY 2008 SUBARU STI FROM THEM. I dreaded buying a new car. The last time I purchased a car was in 1998 and it was a Subaru Legacy wagon. I loved that car. But I wanted a new car - another Subaru - the Impreza. I was referred to Premier Subaru and Robert Alvine by a co worker and friend. Both he and Jeff Irzyk spent so much time with me going over my expectations,wish list and my price limit. I could afford my Impreza with all the features on my wish list. It's been three months since I took possession of my new 2012 Imprez(my baby) and I love it.
