Poor services actions The service area is less then service . They may have a service attitude but the service action lacks. Sale Mr Bob Annis us awesome. I don't know names if any service crew they were not offered. One time waited over 3 hours when told it would beho7r and a half. Secondly , I had a key that I was untold was no good and they could not fulfill recall on computer with it. They said they had to order new one. I went back when I was notified jey was in and then was told they could not do it because they needed the ibe that was nit working. They should have told me to it to bring it back too. Now I have to do another 18 mile one eye trip with dead key. More

Winter service turns into trade in service Brought our 10 year old mini for winter service. But went home with a newer upgraded model. Merry Christmas to me. Everyone was super helpful!! Quick fix I called in the morning because my check engine light came on. I requested a 1p appointment because that's as early as I could get there. 1pm was av I called in the morning because my check engine light came on. I requested a 1p appointment because that's as early as I could get there. 1pm was available. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and have me out within a couple of hours. They also gave us a ride across the street so we could have lunch while we waited. Robert Annis, who sold me my MINI, always checks in with us when we are there. He was kind enough to give my son some crayons and postcards to color while we waited. More
