Very friendly and knowledgeable as he explained my options. My primary reason for going to Beaver was to payoff my lease on my 2017 Corolla which I had originally purchased there. Rob explained how and why it was to my advantage to purchase a new car. Since I had low mileage (12,035) I chose to keep my car..I also inquired about a problem I was having with a non-working new key I had purchased elsewhere having lost the original. I accomplished my primary reason but was unable to return about my key problem due to illness.All in all, I was treated very well by all the friendly employees there, especially “ The Old Guy with the Hat”.
