Making my appt was easy. Assistant service manager, Robert Batista, explained in good detail what my car may need. He listened to my concerns and decisions were made. Was given a lift to and from home as service could take 2 hours. 3 hours door to door job complete. 5 stars to all to include the very polite driver Destin. Thank you ! More

Brought in for service after trying to get to the scheduling department which is almost impossible. Two weeks later after giving the run around I finally got an appointment. I was told there is no issue. Drove to NH from MA went shopping car would not start. Battery drained car doesn’t completely turn off either. Trying to get another appointment it’s been about five days now. Promised a call from a manager two days in a row. Today I found out there is no manager working today after being promised a call back by end of day. I have a seven year warranty and have brought business to this company as I loved the sales rep. Now I’m totally disappointed and prey my friends don’t have the same issue I do. I spent 500 on a rental so far. I’m absolutely in shock the lack of customer service Kelly Honda in Lynn has. It’s one lie after another. One promise after another. No one has pulled through. I’m towing my car there on Monday weather they like it or not. I have no other options. Oh don’t try making an appointment online either. No confirmation. More

I stopped with an emergency, they took me immediately and fixed my vehicle... I didn’t even have a Honda and they didn’t know me and assured me they would get my vehicle fixed which they did for a very good fixed my vehicle...
