Persistence finally gets it done! Thank you Robert Beyer for your help & determination to get our vehicle fixed. When the problem wasn’t getting fixed fast enough for him (and us), he Thank you Robert Beyer for your help & determination to get our vehicle fixed. When the problem wasn’t getting fixed fast enough for him (and us), he finally went to Gabe Rendon, the service manager, to help move things along. A call was made to Toyota Headquarters and the problem was fixed that week! All in all, the customer service was excellent! More
