Why does toyota send me coupons for service I can't use on oil changes that limit to 5 quarts. Why can't service return hub locks. Customer service is always courteous and friendly. They do a good job of keeping you up to date on your upcoming vehicles maintenance needs. Overall very satisfied. My RAV4 would not start, had to have it jump started. I called service department and was told to bring the car in and they would check it. When I arrived I waited about 30 minutes and the Technician s I called service department and was told to bring the car in and they would check it.
