best ever could write a long review but I want to go on every site I can to let peeps know how great this place was for me. 13 cars in last 20 years and these p could write a long review but I want to go on every site I can to let peeps know how great this place was for me. 13 cars in last 20 years and these people were the best ever. we bought a low priced used car and received service as if we were buying top of the line car. from the sales person to the finance person to the finance wizards behind the counter to the final paper work person. all the best ever, really. very knowledgeable, NO xx and just all around great. I had very limited financial resources and credit and they made it happen very fast. my jaw dropped when they came back with the first offer and it only got better by the end. truly amazing! I am 54 and will never go anywhere else again. More

Absolute terrible Sales department Salesperson was terrible. Made inappropriate comments and overall experience is negative. Was not willing to work with us even after telling them wh Salesperson was terrible. Made inappropriate comments and overall experience is negative. Was not willing to work with us even after telling them what we were able to do. So the deal could not be made and as we were leaving, We got a stupid comment said to us "Welcome to Northern Nevada". Trust me, I will never step foot into a Lithia dealership if that is way we are going to be treated nor talked to. More

Good service If I schedule an oil change , I am giving a time for appointment, I show up and an hour later I am on my way! On other services , the service rep has given me the time it takes for repair and expect time in which I will receive my vehicle back, if they find something else I am notified of delay, which is understandable! All in all good quality service! More
