I had some minor issues in the past with the dealership and service department but they have made many changes in the last few years and now I’m getting both my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2021 Dodge D and service department but they have made many changes in the last few years and now I’m getting both my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and my 2021 Dodge Durango serviced here. Also, I recently got a quote from their collision repair shop, which is all under one roof now, expecting it to be an over the top quote but they can in under another local shop so I will be taking my Jeep there for this repair. Not connected to online site I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, wi I set up appointments online but the information never gets sent to the dealership. This has been going on for years. I make an appointment online, with multiple thing to do and everything looks ok. We go to the appointment and they don't have any information that I entered so we have to make another appointment to finish the work. Either have the online stuff work and communicate it to the dealership or get rid of it. When the work is done, we are happy with everything else. 5 stars for the mechanics and 1 star for the appointment system. More
