Great deal & service I went from New York City to see a certified pre-owned Camry Hybrid. I made the trip because the advertised price was the lowest, which they honored. My hope was to also get approved for the 1.9 APR offer from Toyota Financial Services. But the disclosure clearly said that a credit score of 720 is required. However, Sales Manager Hamza Imtiaz asked the Finance Department to do everything possible to get an approval from the bank. I was approved even though my score was 688. Jay Marie Andújar, the saleswoman was very courteous from the moment I walked in. She took me on an extensive test drive and delivered a very clean car. It seemed as if she was a veteran sales associate but I later learned she had only been on the job for a couple of months. I think she posseses the skills to be an asset to this business. The only downside was getting the plates. There was a discrepancy between the name on the insurance card and the other documents needed to process the DMV paperwork. The end result was that the plates arrived two days after my temporary expired. At this point, General Sales Manager Lisa Ocasio personally reached out to me to apologize. She offered to mail them or I could go get them and she would fill up my tank. When I arrived she warmly greeted me... the same way she greets every customer who walks into the showroom. She apologized, this time in person, had someone put the plates on the car and delivered on the fill up. My advice to potential customers: make sure to speak to Lisa. If possible have a casual conversation with her. It’s what I did and in my view it made a difference. Lisa is a true professional and leader. It explains why she is the captain of the ship. Lisa, thanks a lot for making sure I remain a happy customer. Keep up the great work! Please do not accept a promotion outside of DCH Brunswick Toyota since it would be a loss to this dealership and its customers, myself included. More

I made an appointment and met with our salesperson Arnaud Kegbe. Arnaud made buying a new car a wonderful experience. He listened to what I wanted, what price I wanted to be at. He made it all happen. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to buy a wonderful Toyota. I purchased my 4th Camry. I love me new 2017 XLE! I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Arnaud. Also kudos to Abdo in Finance. Great guy and made the whole process easy. More

Knowledgable about the product, and even took our young son around the dealer as we worked out the paperwork. All told, the dealership experience was the best I've had, and the price I got my Sienna for was extremely competitive. Without having to haggle. Got to love an honest dealership. More

They do all their negotiating via e-mail and phone calls to save your time when you go. Paper work was ready when I went for buying and I got a better rate through email itself. Sales representatives have answered all my questions properly. More

My experience with DCH Brunswick was wonderful. I was nervous about getting a car as my 2003 Corolla was showing signs of aging at 200k miles. I found a beautiful 2012 Camry on line and locked into a great price. It had low milage and the color I was dying to have. I got a quick response to my inquiry from Bob Belpedio who made an early appt with me the next day and who greeted me in the showroom. Bob was very kind and never made me feel pressured. He introduced me to Danny Alves who was so respectful in the way he spoke with me and patiently answered my questions. We joked around and it didn't feel like I was making a difficult decision. Danny was efficient in getting me the deal I needed to get behind the wheel of my gorgeous 2012 Clearwater Blue Camry. He then handed me over to Russell Hill the finance guy. Russell was fabulous and gave me a good education on the various additional options. I was very happy to be offered a comprehensive 125k mile service package as I like to keep my cars for the long haul. Russell was also efficient and respectful of my time. He explained everything about the financing and I signed with no fears. While I was with Russell, Lisa Ocasio, the dealer manager stopped in and introduced herself to me. She was so friendly even though she had a showroom full of customers she took the time to thank me for my business. After I got the keys to my car, Saied, Gave me a full demonstration of the car, including paring my IPhone with my car bluetooth. It was awesome! I asked Saied if this color was a popular Camry color and he said "only with the ladies" .. I began my search for a car with trepidation and ended up Elated!! More
