I have to say mission accomplished. I inquired on TrueCar about a used CRV on the lot. I got a call from Bob the next morning invited me with availability and the asking price of the I inquired on TrueCar about a used CRV on the lot. I got a call from Bob the next morning invited me with availability and the asking price of the car I literally walked off the Street and I was able to test drive the car in minutes since I already had an idea about the price on the internet negotiating for the out the door car price was fairly easy I was able to buy the car and drive it away in the same day if there was anything I could say that wasn't that great it's that at times I was left sitting in the showroom without being notified what was going on or when Jodie be back I have to say that the pricing was transparent and I'm satisfied with the purchase of the car More

We worked with Bob and David to lease a 2023 Tacoma. Bob was the initial point of contact however he was off when we could visit the dealer so he set us up with David. We have leased and purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest process by far. In and out in less the two hours including a test drive. And no “dealer games” of back and forth to get every penny they could out of us. DCH is our go to dealer for any future vehicle More

Buying a car at DCH was a great experience! I used their website initially to talk with them and to set up an appointment to do a test drive. Bob Belpedio was a great help with this and also with ema their website initially to talk with them and to set up an appointment to do a test drive. Bob Belpedio was a great help with this and also with emailing me the car specs for the RAV4s that they had. Then when we arrived, Boris Binyatov greeted us and took great care of us the whole time. In about 2 hours we had the deal done and picked it up the next day. Many thanks to Boris for making this pain free. Also a shout to Ryan Kaminski for getting us through all of the paperwork very quickly. Absolutely the easiest car purchase ever. More

Fast to schedule an appontment but waste of time They were so eager to get an appointment after my internet request, but after coming in to the showroom and checking in waited for 30 mins with nobody They were so eager to get an appointment after my internet request, but after coming in to the showroom and checking in waited for 30 mins with nobody paying attention. Walked upto the helpdesk but they were busy talking with no response. Since I did not have whole day to waste, I walked out. I called the agent Bob Delpedio, and his blunt response was he will talk to his manager. I hope they have reasons, but it was a total waste of my time. I am not sure how they are getting customers with this atttitude. I will not recommend to anyone.. there is another Toyota few miles after, better save your time and money there. More
