I had a great experience at Audi Des Moines. It was a smooth process from start to finish, which was important coming from the Minneapolis area. My 3 local Audi dealers did not have much for Q7s and this was perfectly appointed. It really was a great experience and I'm very satisfied with the car and the follow-up from Audi Des Moines. I had to ask for help and wait for assistance when first walked in to look at makes and models. I almost just left without anyone saying HI to me. I had no issues with salesman. He was friendly and helpfu walked in to look at makes and models. I almost just left without anyone saying HI to me. I had no issues with salesman. He was friendly and helpful once I came back again to take a second look. We had to ask for the internet advertised interest rate which was better than what was presented to us. That was a bit frustrating. I love my A7. More

Review of trip to Des Moines Audi for purchase of a 2017 Q5 After making a trip to Carousel Motors we decided to look at Des Moines Audi. We were contacted by Rob Bridges on line about his offer to assist. We After making a trip to Carousel Motors we decided to look at Des Moines Audi. We were contacted by Rob Bridges on line about his offer to assist. We notified Rob of our time of arrival. Rob was not there but asked the receptionist to pass us on to another salesperson. Brent took over and welcomed us. The experience was not as expected, or previously experience, in our last two purchases at Litha in the Acura dealership. Very impersonal relationship with the salesman and felt that we were passed on by the receptionist as opposed to the contact made by Rob. We were not treated as buyers but more like lookers. We made an offer on the first car that we drove and there was no negotiation but only a "this is it" counter offer. Because we felt this was the right car we went ahead and purchased. The finance person was called out to sell a car while we waited. We were told that there was only one key and the suggestion was made that we should go to Carousel and purchase another for $600. When we went back to the lot to review the car once again the car buyer for the dealership came out and had located the second key for us (the only sign that anybody was listening or customer focused.) This was the most impersonal experience I have ever had at a dealership; at 72 years old there have been many. I currently lease a Acura MDX from your dealership. If this treatment were to be consistent when I come back I would be very disappointed and therefore I am not recommending your dealership. Areas of dissatisfaction: 1. Customer pass off by the receptionist rather than en explanation and comment from Rob 2. Lack of vehicle information or interest in building a relationship by the salesman 3. Take this or leave it attitude on offer 4. Vehicle could not be taken because GPS was not updated. Service found a problem with the display and it took a week from the purchase date to get the car delivered. 7 days of interest! No communication during those 7 days on when we would get the car other than us calling Brent. I hope that this information can be used to address improvements as we like Audi vehicles and think that the auto should be respected by a high level of consistent customer service. Dealing with Rob and Alex was easy and fair. Would have no problem buying another car from them. Dealt with Robin in service. Was very helpful and pleasant.
