Liked that the waiting room had free water and popcorn but did not like that a sales manager was going to change the tv that is in the client sitting room bc he was sick of hearing it so I asked them to but did not like that a sales manager was going to change the tv that is in the client sitting room bc he was sick of hearing it so I asked them to leave it alone and they did. The tv is for who ever is sitting there and they didn’t even ask the three of us that was sitting there if we wanted it changed Overall good experience More

I was sold a truck with a 6. 2 engine two weeks before recall. Dealer (Frank Wallace)had to know there was a problem with those engines. Should have not sold me a vehicle with kn 2 engine two weeks before recall. Dealer (Frank Wallace)had to know there was a problem with those engines. Should have not sold me a vehicle with known defects. Then there was no fix or repair yet. I did not want to drive an unsafe vehicle as there could be legal ramifications if involved in an accident. So I trade in a truck with 2,500 miles on it and take a $10,000 hit. I worked for 45 years at truck dealership. Thiis was very deceptive business practices. I have purchase several vehicles from this dealership and had all my service work done there. H I p e fully I will get some relief through one of the class action lawsuits that have just begun. More

I have been pleased with all interactions and the service I have received since purchase of my vehicle in August 2018. I am glad to see the staff that I have trusted over the years have stayed with the deale I have received since purchase of my vehicle in August 2018. I am glad to see the staff that I have trusted over the years have stayed with the dealership even though it was sold to a new owner. I drive about an hour to get service and there are other Chevrolet dealers much closer to me. More
