Just left the dealership and my floor mats was so greasy black they didn't care about the stuff just told me to bring it back tomorrow so they can clean it knowing that you have some stuff to do plus burnin black they didn't care about the stuff just told me to bring it back tomorrow so they can clean it knowing that you have some stuff to do plus burning gas to do so and also I got a feeling that the diagnostic is bad on my truck charging me 431.89 when they quote me less than that its unprofessional not to use something to cover it also the staring wheel is st sticky greasy the only reason for me to came back is if the diagnosis was wrong and didn't fixthe problem plus they took the freon out of my system I asked if they were going to credit something for that and just laughed at me when they will resale it to customers bad experience not recommended More

Initially, the experience was fine and relatively easy. Once the sale was made and there were some follow-up issues, everyone at the dealership became completely non-communicative, including the general ma Once the sale was made and there were some follow-up issues, everyone at the dealership became completely non-communicative, including the general manager. I had to call several times and I was even told, at one point, that Frank was "very busy with other customers" and that I needed to be patient even though I had an inoperable vehicle. Once it received the service it needed, I still did not receive a phone call letting me know it was ready. The only person who communicated with me as promised was Colton in the service department when he actually returned my phone call with an update. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience that could have been easily resolved with communication. More
