Awful service! ! Brought my Volvo in to check up my door and suspension, the guy treated me like he does not want to help. I don’t think they even check the car, the ! I still have problems with the driver door not closing properly and that he said Volvo has a good seal on their cars. I am not a professional car mechanic but I know what I am talking about. Roberto in the service department has a bad attitude! I will just go to the other Volvo dealership for this! More

I left another Volvo dealer, because i could not get them to acknowledge me (vs my husband) as the owner of my car. In addition, the service was poor at best. I switched to Autobarn Volvo of Oak Park and hav to acknowledge me (vs my husband) as the owner of my car. In addition, the service was poor at best. They are flexible, fair, and I always know the status of my car. Robert and Jamar in service are particularly excellent but everyone has always been amazing. I can't see enough about the team. More
