Professional, knowledgeable friendly and a GREAT listener. He gave me choices and explained the changes in the Equinox from 2024 to’25. He did not push me one way or the other and after two days he was ready to show us the three cars we had chosen from the website he answered every question that we had. He knew his products forward and backward! This is why we will be back when we trade my 2019 Equinox for a newer one. More
