Horrible car buying experience. Part of the deal was black badging. Order was placed incorrectly so had to go back to get the rest done over a 2 week period. The last time I went back and they dented the car. I drove over an hour to the PDR vendor and he fixed the dents then broke the tag light. Went back to the dealership and dropped my car off. Was told to come in at 1 the next day to pickup the car, but it wasn’t fixed and they couldn’t find the vehicle for over an hour. In total I spent close to 20 hours at the dealership and service department dealing with issues. The driver door speaker sounds broken, but I guess I will just pay another dealer to fix so that I don’t spend another 20 hours at Ferman. More
