Everything went smoothly including the quick delivery of this special order car, 3 weeks ahead of plan. (thanks to the factory as well). Many thanks to Danny and the staff at Circle BMW who know how to do a great job. Since this car is my 7th BMW and 4th purchased from Circle BMW I speak with some experience in these matters. More

Going out of their way I have been a customer of Circle BMW for more than a decade. I have been part of an electric car pre-production trial and now a proud owner of a BMW i I have been a customer of Circle BMW for more than a decade. I have been part of an electric car pre-production trial and now a proud owner of a BMW i3. As you can expect, being part of a successful trial involves good communication between the owner, the dealer and BMW. The service team at Circle (Rober Datri and Timothy Meritzis) have been fantastic. The worked with me and made sure that I got the best service experience one can imagine. I started working with Robert Cavalieri when I ordered my new I3. Since it was ordered well in advance of delivery there were many items to track. Robert kept me informed throughout the process and made the sale process flawless when the car arrived. Circle BMW has gone out of its way to keep me as a satisfied customer. More
