He is always fair and honest, he never rushes me, he takes the time to answer all my questions and he explains very patiently the workings of the new vehicle, of which there have been many in the Past few years. As I signed the finance papers with Carrie Bickford, A very kind, friendly woman, I felt very much at ease as she explained how the payments worked. I spent a good part of my day at the dealership on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, and I can honestly say It was an excellent day spent. I am now enjoying my 2020 Equinox.
