New Highlander Rob was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. The test drive was long enough to feel out how the car handles and expl Rob was great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the manager that came in to close the deal. He didn’t introduce himself and gave me dozens of reasons why he couldn’t budge on the price. In the end, he met me half way but he didn’t have to drag it out. More
