I would buy from them again. We bought a vehicle from Brandon Standifer on Saturday and from the first contact to completing the sale and driving away, he was great at every step. We drove from Des Moines to KC after finding that Infinity of KC had an amazing selection of vehicles to choose from and working with Brandon through email, text, and phone calls to feel confident shopping with them. Brandon even went to the dealership on his day off (!) to take pictures and answer some questions to keep the process moving forward. I feel fortunate to have worked with Brandon on this deal and would recommend him (and Infinity of Kansas City) highly to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Another great experience Nobody really "loves" buying a car, but we all need to do so from time to time. This week I bought my third from this dealership, and the experience ( Nobody really "loves" buying a car, but we all need to do so from time to time. This week I bought my third from this dealership, and the experience (always very good) was the best yet. The sales rep, Robert Evenrud, was responsible for this. I'd gone in the get the oil changed on my wife's car... I wasn't in the market for a new car at all... and while looking over a car model I'd never really noticed much I was approached by Robert. Our conversation was about the car, as well as other topics. The car, a QX50, turned out to be uniquely suited to my needs and without Robert's knowledge I'd never had recognized it. A test ride followed, and a very fair negotiation a day or two later. I was pressed for time, as we were heading out of town for several weeks, but Robert figured out how to get things handled and delivered the car to our garage while we were away. I'm very much a car guy, and rarely meet a sales rep who knows nearly as much as I do about whatever car I'm looking at, but Robert was way beyond me. He also had immense knowledge of cars in general. Throughout the whole experience there was never any pressure, and I thoroughly enjoyed Robert's company. Kudos also to the finance manager, Dallas Summers, who was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. More

I never once felt like I was asking a dumb question and whether it was Mark, Robert, or John there was always someone there to help and answer the question. I've always been very happy Infiniti of KC, whether it be buying a new car or using the Service Center. Because of the first rate experience and service, they have a very loyal customer. More

New vehicle purchase I have been an Infiniti owner since 2002, but I finally decided it was time for a new model. Robert Evenrud assisted me with my new purchase and the sales experience was exceptional. Robert spent nearly a whole day with me test driving vehicles to make sure that I would be confident in my choice. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to assess my needs and make recommendations that would meet my buying criteria. Robert gained my trust and I did not feel pressured into making a decision. I actually enjoyed the time I spent working with Robert. Once I had decided to purchase, Robert and the rest of the sales staff made the transaction smooth and a pleasant experience. I am very happy with my purchase. I have been working with this dealership since 2002 and they just continue to impress me. I'm proud to be an Infiniti owner and will highly recommend the product and the dealership to others. More

Rob is the best!! I bought my Q70L from Rob Evenrud in January. Since that time, he had gone above and beyond to show me the best customer service experience I could im I bought my Q70L from Rob Evenrud in January. Since that time, he had gone above and beyond to show me the best customer service experience I could imagine. Today I stopped by with waterproof mascara on my suede headliner (don't judge) and Rob personally got the mascara out and washed and dried my car. He does his best to make sure I'll never have a reason to buy from anyone else. Thanks, Rob! More
