Robert Barranger and Tracy Black answered all of my questions and made sure that I had their contact information in case I had questions in the future. I also had great service from Michele and Jennifer from the Internet team. I like the new Nice program, especially the loaner cars and free oil changes. I trust what the service department tells me. I don’t feel like they are adding things to the repair bill just to make money. The shuttle service is great. I want to make a special mention of the women who answer the service department phones. When I was in a car accident recently, I called to see which auto body shop was recommended. Even though it was July 4th weekend and near closing time, the woman in the service department took the time to speak with me. It helped me feel better at a bad time. That is service above the norm. I would 100% recommend this dealership and all of its personnel. More

A completely stress free enjoyable experience On Thursday afternoon I arrived at Larson Ford to get information on a 2016 ford F-150 as well as getting prices for Roush performance upgrades. I wa On Thursday afternoon I arrived at Larson Ford to get information on a 2016 ford F-150 as well as getting prices for Roush performance upgrades. I was referred to Robert Barranger as I would later find out is very familiar with Roush performance options. Robert searched the dealer network to find a 2016 Ford F-150 with the specifications that I required. He found one and told me he would call me saturaday morning(next day) if he was able to secure the vehicle and have it at Larson Ford for my inspection. At 10 am on Saturday morning Robert called me and advised he had the truck on the lot waiting for me. Two hours later I purchased the vehicle. The good work of Robert Barranger didn't stop there. While at the dealership we went to the parts and service personnel were he assisted me in purchasing the Roush performance options. Robert Barranger made the purchase of my new F-150 a completely stress free enjoyable experience. I have been buying ford pick-ups for over 40 years (first time at Larson) I can honestly say I will be back to see Robert for my future purchases. More

Best car buying experience ever!! I was in the market for a new vehicle as my was getting up there in age and miles. I found Larson Ford and started my search online. Let me say that from the first call from the online sales representative Jennifer I knew I found a great dealership! They are very professional and answered all my questions. The entire team made the experience exceptional! I arrived at 4:45 and was ready to drive away by 6:15! A true record. Robert Barringer my salesman was patient and professional. He took the time to show me the in's and out's of the vehicle, making sure I knew the vehicle before I drove off lot! Tim Pellicano was not your typical manager. Absolutely no pressure at all! He had a very professional attitude when it came to numbers and never pressured me at all! Great manager and customer service! Tracy in finance was phenomenal! She made the financial paper part of the deal very stress free! Relaxing atmosphere in her office and very professional! She took the time to explain all the paperwork and made it very easy! Great dealership and a great team I dealt with today! I definitely will send my friends and family to them! More
