When I called to schedule my service I wanted an ideal of the total price because I was comparing prices against other shops. The overall quote was comparable to what I quoted from another shop and I selecte the total price because I was comparing prices against other shops. The overall quote was comparable to what I quoted from another shop and I selected the dealership due to convenience. I was very specific over the phone to request the total (parts, labor, tax). The final total when I picked up the car was $800 more than what I was quoted. Don’t take a phone quote. Get it in writing. This adds to a long list of issues I’ve had with any Crain service I’ve used. I dread even going in for recalls. I will avoid Crain service in the future when at all possible. More

Andrew peck was the best sales person we have ever had buying a new car. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
