I scheduled an appointment expecting to wait the estimated one to one and a half hours. However, I ended up waiting three hours without any prior notice or updates. During this time, I noticed other clients who arrived after me were attended to and left before I even received any information about my vehicle. I had to go to the office twice just to get an update, which is unacceptable. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is disrespectful, especially for a routine oil change that should not take this long. If longer wait times were expected, I should have been informed upfront. More
