I have to say that this purchase was absolutely the best experience we have ever had!! From the receptionist that greeted us upon our arrival to the salesman, Robert Haas we felt welcomed and valued. We all have preconceived notions in regards to car salesmen but let me tell you that Robert Hass is as honest and trustworthy as he appears. He went above and beyond to make our deal and make sure our purchase was as promised. Bob Ernstes in the finance department then took us into his office and made sure we understood everything without trying to push additional purchases. Bob was friendly and actually we enjoyed talking with him. He put us at ease and comfortable with our purchase.
